I did all the “normal” things for years. The conventional products. The constant symptoms. The shrug-it-off mindset. But when I got pregnant — exhausted, inflamed, and suddenly aware of everything I was putting in and on my body — it hit me: something had to change.\
So I started paying attention. And what I found lit a fire I couldn’t put out.
What began as a few quiet swaps turned into a full-body transformation… and a decade-deep mission to make this path easier, clearer, and less overwhelming for other women. Because we shouldn’t need a degree in biochemistry to read a label or a Pinterest-perfect pantry to feel well.
