Hi! I’m Taylor

my story

I'm so glad you're here.

Growing up, I lived in survival mode — severe asthma, nonstop allergies, constant colds that always turned into pneumonia or bronchitis. I couldn’t even laugh too hard without reaching for my inhaler. My skin was constantly irritated and itchy. Looking back, I can’t believe how normal that felt.

Everything changed about 8 years ago, when I got pregnant with my first daughter, Rosie. I was 18, terrified, and determined to give her a better foundation than I had. I didn’t want her childhood to be filled with prescriptions, ER visits, and chronic illness. I knew I had to be proactive, so I dove into researching all things health.

I started dabbling in the toxin-free world, but the more I learned, the more overwhelmed I got. I truly thought that if something said “100% natural” or “non-toxic,” it had to be safe. Spoiler: it’s so much deeper than that.

After Rosie, our family grew fast. When I was pregnant with Lilah, we moved from Los Angeles to rural eastern Ohio, and I suddenly had more space—physically and mentally—to go deeper into my research. Late-night nursing sessions turned into deep dives into ingredient lists and safety studies. And the more I learned, the more frustrated I became. So many products I trusted were full of greenwashing. It was exhausting and eye-opening at the same time.

Then came Tessa, our third daughter, born at home — posterior and 9 lbs 9 oz! By then, I had three girls under 3.5, a husband working long hours, and zero nearby family. I poured myself into motherhood... but I also felt this growing pull to share everything I was learning.

What started as a personal mission — to protect my babies — has turned into something so much bigger. I’m here to help other women cut through the noise, ditch the overwhelm, and make truly informed choices about what goes in and on their bodies (and their family’s too).

If you’re new here, welcome! Whether you’re just starting to question what’s in your everyday products or you’re knee-deep in ingredient labels—I’ve been there. My goal is to make the transition to low-tox living feel doable, not defeating. You deserve to feel empowered, not panicked.

I’m so happy you’re here, and I hope the content I share helps you feel less alone and more equipped to make changes that actually support your health.
